1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, account credentials), information from connected social platforms (profile data, engagement metrics — read-only), and usage data (features used, session duration, error logs). For marketplace deals, payment and payout information (and, for creators, identity/tax details required for payouts) is collected and processed directly by our payments partner, Stripe — Amilere does not store full card numbers or bank details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, to calculate your Brand Credit Score, to generate AI-powered insights and recommendations, to send you product updates and alerts you've opted into, and to ensure platform security.
3. Social Platform Connections
When you connect social accounts, Amilere requests read-only OAuth permissions. We never post, comment, or take any action on your behalf. We store access tokens securely and use them only to fetch the data you've authorized. You can revoke access at any time from your settings.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for research or product improvement, as further described in the Aggregated Analytics and Derived Data clause of our Terms of Service. We share data with service providers under strict confidentiality agreements — including Stripe for payments, payouts, and identity/tax verification (governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy), and our hosting and infrastructure providers.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law. Audit history and score logs may be retained in anonymized form.
6. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3), row-level security on all database tables, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to opt out of marketing communications; to data portability; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookie settings in your browser.
