Workspace Basics
A workspace is a self-contained Amilere environment. It has its own connected platforms, audit history, calendar, and team members. Creator and Pro plans include a single workspace. Agency plans add separate workspaces for each client. Each workspace has its own IMPRS score. Switching workspaces switches your entire context.
Team Roles
Workspaces support 4 roles. Owner has full access, including billing and workspace deletion. Admin has full access except billing. Editor can create and schedule content, run audits, and use all modules except Settings. Viewer has read-only access to dashboards, scores, and reports. Invite members from Settings → Team → Invite. Invitees get a link to join with a new or existing account.
Multi-Workspace Management
Agency accounts switch between workspaces using the sidebar selector. The "All Workspaces" dashboard shows a portfolio view. You see each client's current IMPRS score, recent changes, and active campaigns. This view is built for account managers who monitor many clients at once.
Workspace Isolation
Workspaces are fully isolated. Members of Workspace A cannot see Workspace B unless invited to both. Platform tokens are workspace-scoped. Connecting Instagram in one workspace does not affect others. Billing is handled at the account level. One subscription covers all workspaces within your plan's limits.
