Prerequisites
White-Label is a paid add-on for Agency plans. It comes in two editions: White-Label Starter and White-Label Pro. Activate it from Settings → Billing → Add-Ons. Then go to Settings → Branding to start customizing.
Custom Domain
Navigate to Settings → Branding → Custom Domain. Enter your desired domain, such as app.yourcompany.com. Amilere provides DNS records (CNAME) to add at your registrar. DNS propagation usually completes within a day. Then click "Verify Domain." Once verified, your instance runs on your domain with SSL provisioned automatically. Your clients see your domain, not amilere.com.
Brand Colors & Logo
Navigate to Settings → Branding → Appearance. Upload your logo (PNG or SVG, max 2MB). It replaces the Amilere logo throughout the interface. Set your primary brand color. It replaces the default accent color across buttons, links, charts, and indicators. Preview changes in real time before saving. White-Label Pro adds a custom favicon, login page branding, and email template colors.
Email Customization
White-Label Pro includes email customization. Navigate to Settings → Branding → Email. Set your From Email, such as noreply@yourcompany.com, and From Name. System emails then send from your custom address. Email customization requires SPF and DKIM DNS records for deliverability. Amilere provides the exact records to add.
What Gets White-Labeled
Starter includes logo replacement, a custom primary color, and a custom domain with SSL. Pro adds a custom favicon, email sender customization, login page branding, white-labeled PDF exports, and custom email footer text. Two things are never white-labeled. The scoring methodology is always called the IMPRS score. And API endpoints always use api.amilere.com, regardless of your custom domain.
